US Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 (Retired) Ryan Walters
“A journey from the desolate hills of Southern California to the cockpit of the world’s premier Helicopter Force.”
Ryan is a retired Special Operations Aviation Flight Lead and Flight Standards Pilot who served most of his 20-year Army career flying the MH-47 Special Operations Chinook helicopter with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.
He also deployed with and flew UH-60’s in support of Medical Evacuation (aka DUSTOFF). He first served as an enlisted soldier in the US Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. Ryan has over 20 combat deployments, with service in Iraq and Afghanistan, and deployments that took him to Mali, Senegal, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and a night in Pakistan.
Ryan also flies casually as a Commercial Pilot and has aspirations of earning more airplane ratings to accompany his Helicopter Ratings. He resides in Chagrin Falls with his wife Angela and daughter Vivian.
Entree choices for dinner are sirloin steak, parmesan pork chop, or scrod and include baked potato, green beans, dessert, and beverage. The cost is $40 per person.
