Each ticket has a chance of winning one of 5 prizes: GRAND PRIZE SECOND PRIZE THIRD PRIZE FOURTH PRIZE FIFTH PRIZE Grand Prize Details Our Grand Raffle Prize is a sporty, and fast (for its day), 1972 Grumman American Traveler built by the same company that was making F-14 Tomcats at the same time! It’s in great condition, been well maintained, and has enjoyed many upgrades and improvements in the past several years. It’s a four-seater with a low-time airframe (1840 hours) and only 493 hours since the engine was overhauled and upgraded with the Precision Engine upgrade from 150 horsepower to 160. The plane is designed to carry four people and cruise at 125 knots so the power enhancement gives it even more of a kick. It’s fully IFR certified with a Garmin GTN 650Xi System at its heart, along with a Century 1 Autopilot, a Garmin G5 Attitude Indicator, Garmin G5 HSI, a Garmin GDL82 ADS-B Out DataLink, Garmin Aera 660 GPS/MFD, Garmin 342 Audio Panel/IC, Stratus USB port and much more. It would be perfect for both your training and trips in both VFR and IFR conditions. | ***These photos depict the existing panel and do not represent the planned updates. New pictures will be posted once the avionics update has been completed. 2021 Raffle Details Tickets go on sale on In order to purchase tickets, return to this webpage and a link will be provided for you. “With the scholarship's financial support, I gained flying hours to enhance my aviation résumé. This helped me get hired as a C-17 pilot at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, which has been my lifelong career goal. Earning the scholarship meant so much to me because it created opportunities that I had only dreamed of throughout my life.”
Logan Coy Sisca, 2018 Scholarship Recipient
“When an entire pilots association gets behind you it really boosts your own belief in yourself. Since receiving the scholarship earned my private, instrument, commercial, multi engine, flight instructor, CFI-Instrument, Instrument Ground Instructor, and Advanced Ground Instructor while studying Finance at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.”
Griffin James, 2016 Scholarship Recipient
